Many suppliers offer what appears to be a really low cost per copy but often the service provided is poor and extras are charged which should be an integral part of your agreement.

As with anything in this life. you only get what you pay for.

LOOK WHAT A BAD COMPANY CAN DO!

We have had experience of 1 client who had asked us to quote for the machine but unfortunately we did not come in with the “best price”, Two months after purchase they contacted us to ask if we would service the equipment for them because the original supplier decided that they were too far to be able to support the equipment. Admittedly it is a journey that does suffer slow traffic, Croydon from North London but it is only 15 miles.

Although the client had signed a service agreement the original supplier said that as they had not countersigned it and accepted it they could not be bound by it!

On this occasion we helped the client with an agreement.
